We will remind you to backup your data before the service termination date. After termination, data may not be recoverable.
Important Cancellation Notes
- Cancellations must be requested by the account owner or authorized representative

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under specific conditions. Here's what qualifies for refunds:

3. Refund Conditions & Limitations
To ensure fair usage of our refund policy, the following conditions apply:

Exclusions:
- Customers who have previously received refunds from RohitHost
- Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or policy abuse
- Services purchased using promotional codes or special offers (unless specified)
- Accounts with outstanding balances or payment disputes
- Business accounts with custom configurations or migrations
Non-Refundable Items:
Domain Names
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are final and non-refundable due to registry policies.
SSL Certificates
SSL certificates are issued immediately and cannot be refunded once activated.
VPS & Dedicated
Virtual and dedicated servers involve resource allocation and setup costs that are non-refundable.
Renewals
All renewal payments for any service type are final and non-refundable.
4. Processing Timeline
