• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Hosting illegal content or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Attempting to breach security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Activities that may harm our infrastructure or other customers

Consequences: Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

4. Payments & Renewals

• Services are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle
• Payments must be made in advance for the selected service period
• Automatic renewal may be enabled where applicable
• Failure to renew services on time may result in suspension or permanent data loss
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events)
• Network or infrastructure issues

6. Intellectual Property

• All RohitHost website design, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content belong exclusively to RohitHost
• You retain full ownership rights to your hosted content and data
• You grant us limited rights to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide services
• You must respect third-party intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

RohitHost shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect data loss or corruption
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Damages caused by service downtime or performance issues
• Actions of third parties or external security breaches
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Fail to make required payments
• Engage in activities harmful to our services or other users
• Provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data. We recommend maintaining regular backups.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
